Our cellar is located in the historical wine cellar of Settime, deserted from many years.

Restored, now the old cellar is only used at the ground-floor where we have our new machinery for the wine making process. The old wine-thanks, placed on the walls of the cellar and of blu colour, were those that in the past were used for the vinification of the grapes of the associates of the cellar of Settime and now they aren't used.

They have been restored only to give to the cellar the original style.

In front of the entrance of the cellar, a new warehouse has been built in order to bottle and stock the wines.

In a next future there is a project to built a new warehouse completely conditionned, to have the same temperature both in summer and in winter.
