Wine-making Process After pressing the grapes, the wines starts the alcoholic fermentation in contact with the skin for 8 days, in stainless steel tanks with automatic control temperature system and “remounting” (23-25 °C). Aging in Allier French oak barrels (medium toasting level). Further aging in bottle for 5 months. Awards: - "Il Crotin 'd Giandoja" 2006 - Douja d'Or 2006 |

It's the "Passion" for vineyard and its precious fruit that suggests us to enrich our cellar production with this new wine, made by more typical and characteristic grape. Hot and shining coloured, with granada reflex; an attenuated tannicity, delicate fruit-taste, di sapore moderately sweet. This wine completes with Pusa 'l Caret (more austere and obliging), our enological production. All-meal wine we prospose it simply with pizza or snacks. |
