Luigi Borsarelli Barone di Rifreddo (1856-1936). Born in Torino, where he grew up and attended the University and took the degree in law in 1876. He start very quickly the politic carrier first as Member of Parliament (1890), then as chief of the Central Post and Telecommunications office; he became secretery at the Ministry of Foreign Aff during the first world war. In 1917, he took care to establish relationship with the USA and for this reason he went to visit the USA Government with some members of the Italian Parliament. He got married with Silvia Coconito Montiglio and when his wife died he hadn't any heir-at-law in the Coconito Montiglio family. For this reason, he got the Title of Montiglio.
Giuseppe
Roggero (1824-1904). Geographer and teacher at the Military
Accademy of Milan and Modena. He wrote many school books for the Military
Accademy, such as "Phisyc and Politic Geography" "Modern
Atlas of Geography" |
