Wine-making Process After pressing the grapes, the wines starts the alcoholic fermentation in contact with the skin for 6 days, in stainless steel tanks with automatic control temperature system and “remounting” (23-25 °C). Aging in steel tanks for 10 months. Further aging in bottle for 2 months.
