Wine-making Process

After pressing the grapes, the wines starts the alcoholic fermentation in contact with the skin for 6 days, in stainless steel tanks with automatic control temperature system and “remounting” (23-25 °C).

Aging in steel tanks for 10 months.

Further aging in bottle for 2 months.

To say Freisa is like to say Asti! North-Asti area typical wine, it has a sleazy livelyness to exalt perfumes not even to disturb the palat, the tannicity renders this wine apparently rude. Pusa 'l Caret is a funny acceptation to define a wine that gives you the energy, the  strength and the desire to face a banquet in friendship.
